Main tasks:

As MD you are overall responsible for the development, growth and the financial result of the company. This covers the total business, such as: R&D, production, sales & business development, project management, purchasing, quality, inventory, IT, logistics, HR and finance. You drive the organization with focus on growth, profitability, cost effectiveness, quality, security of supply, alertness and service.

You will be an important driving force for business development and change management. Entrepreneurship and ability to do things in new and different ways are core elements and important factors for success, both short and long term. It is expected that you take an active part in sales activities to reach sustainable growth and improved profit. High customer focus is key.

You organize, operate and develop the organization with high level of engagement and ability to deliver trust, honesty and self confidence in both customer and employee relations. Our core values are the backbones in how the business is run.

Work experience and skills: 

Solid experience from manufacturing industry with high performing and demanding customers – preferrable within any of our main services

Experienced in working with sales & business development

Preferrable high technical and commercial competence within Advanced (Special) Machining

Have led organizations with P&L responsibility

Good understanding of Financial KPIs

Skilled communicator and high ability in collaboration with others

Fluent in Hungarian and English
